Driven by the mission, “to mobilize the community toward ending systemic sexual violence while amplifying the voice of survivors through trauma informed care, advocacy, and prevention education”, Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center (ZCenter) provides quality, comprehensive, client-centered services to survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Services are provided for free, in partnership with the survivor in the spirit of equality, free from judgement or oppression. ZCenter seeks to be an active presence in the community, to speak up in support of, and in partnership with, all survivors of sexual violence.

Job Description

Position salary range:  $90,000 - $110,000

Position reports to:  Chief Executive Officer

The Director of Development works in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors to lead the organization’s overall fundraising strategy, establish and achieve annual philanthropy goals in accordance with the organization's mission, and to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability. This individual will report to the CEO and lead the creation and execution of Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center’s (ZCenter) annual development plan, including fundraising campaigns, special events, and planned giving initiatives. Other key responsibilities include marketing and community outreach. There are currently two direct reports to the Director of Development, including Grants and Marketing Manager and Compliance Manager.
