MAY UPDATE D
MAY greetings to you all and welcome 27 new members to the AADO Network since the April Newsletter. AADO membership is now over 1,000 members strong, a long way from our humble beginnings in Atlanta when 20 of us gathered for a breakfast get-together at Georgia Tech in 1999.

I am happy to report that the AADO/CASE Conference last month was AMAZING! The keynote speakers, session facilitators, roundtable discussions, networking and friend making were all excellent and so far, the feedback from attendees has been very positive. Remember to save-the-date for next year’s Conference on Diverse Philanthropy and Leadership , which will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, April 15-17, 2020.

Enjoy the May AADO Newsletter and please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions: aadevofficers@aol.com

APRIL UPDATE
Hello Everyone!

AADO is growing by leaps and bounds! It was good to meet so many of you at the AFP International Conference in San Antonio last week. We had 24 new members sign up - Welcome! And I'm looking forward to seeing those of you who will attend the AADO/CASE Conference next week in Indy. I'm excited to say we have SOLD OUT! So get ready for next year. The official announcement will be made next week about the 2020 AADO/CASE Conference dates. I can tell you now that it will be back in the ATL where it all started 20 years ago!!!
Stay tuned because we are planning an AADO Next near you! This fall we’re coming to Los Angeles, D.C., Boston, and Pittsburgh. We are organizing a networking reception in NYC this summer and a mini conference in Houston and one in the Louisiana - Mississippi - Alabama area later this year. We are creating an AADO mentoring program , an AADO member blog, and much more! Keep in mind that all activities are organized by YOU, our AADO volunteers. A huge thanks to you all!
Exciting times for AADO and BIG plans in the works!!
