Job Description

Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Lafayette College in the search for a Director of Advancement Data Systems and Reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives and Advancement Operations, the Director of Prospect Management and Business Analytics Director of Advancement Data Systems and Reporting will serve as a key technical leader within the Advancement Division. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the database and reporting infrastructure using tools like Ellucian CRM Advance, Power BI, and SQL. The Director ensures that Advancement staff, leadership, and institutional partners have access to timely, accurate, and actionable data to guide fundraising, alumni and parent engagement, and campaign strategy. They will work closely with colleagues in Advancement Operations, ITS, and other campus partners.

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this position. Experience working in advancement, fundraising, engagement, or related areas within higher education is preferred. Lafayette College will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The target salary for this position is $103,000. Lafayette College offers various benefit programs as part of a full-time employee’s total compensation package, including medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, flexible spending accounts, paid and unpaid time off, disability insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance.
