Job Description

The Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) is a key member of the Executive Team responsible for leading Parc Center for Disabilities' fundraising, development, marketing, and community engagement strategies. Reporting to the President & CEO, this visionary leader will drive philanthropic growth by cultivating major donors, expanding strategic partnerships, increasing organizational visibility, and leading a high-performing Development and Marketing team. The CPO works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to advance Parc's mission and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
Proven success securing major gifts and building relationships with high-net-worth donors.
Experience leading fundraising strategy, marketing, communications, and donor engagement.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Experience partnering with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and community stakeholders.
Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass a Level II background check and meet Drug-Free Workplace requirements.

Schedule:
•Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your schedule may vary depending on business needs and other factors.
•This is an on-site role.

Pay & Benefits Package
•Salary range is $135,000 - $145,000 annually
•10 Paid Holidays
