Job Description
Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Zeta Charter Schools in the search for a Managing Director of Development.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Impact, the Managing Director of Development will lead efforts to secure the philanthropic investment necessary to fuel Zeta’s bold mission: delivering world-class education and transforming public schooling at scale. The Managing Director will drive strategy and execution for all fundraising initiatives, establishing Zeta as a premier destination for donors seeking to support innovative, high-impact solutions to the education crisis. Zeta Charter Schools deliver high-performing, next-generation schools with a dedicated commitment to the whole child, preparing students to pursue extraordinary lives of their own choosing in a modern world economy. Zeta begins with a foundation of world-class academics. Its social-emotional, mindfulness approach empowers students with the skills to thrive inside and outside the classroom. Zeta taps into students’ innate curiosity and joy of learning to equip them with the critical-thinking skills and habits they need to achieve their highest potential. Mindfulness and wellness at Zeta are foundational and purposeful. From Taekwondo and music to dance breaks and healthy food, at Zeta, school is a place that nurtures mind, body, soul, and connectedness.
