Position Details
Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location: New York, NY
Reports To: Managing Director of Development
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum three days in office weekly)
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Position Overview
NYCP is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the Development team.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of corporate fundraising, including:
Corporate volunteering
Event sponsorships
Relationship management with corporate funders
This role requires exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual revenue goals for corporate partnerships
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate partners
Build and maintain strong relationships through communication, meetings, site visits, and strategic updates
Liaise with corporate social responsibility representatives to align partnership goals with organizational mission
Collaborate with Volunteer Engagement and Food Programs teams to develop volunteer projects for corporate partners
Coordinate with Volunteer Engagement on scheduling and logistics for corporate volunteer groups
Ensure high-quality corporate volunteer experiences to strengthen retention and increase sponsorship opportunities
Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships
Collaborate with the Institutional Giving Associate on grant writing and funding opportunities
Partner with Communications team to provide marketing assets, recognition, and impact reporting for partners
Refer individual donor prospects identified through volunteer engagement to the Individual Giving team
Assist with corporate sponsorship efforts for special events
Adapt to changing trends in corporate giving, philanthropy, and food insecurity in NYC
Participate in development meetings and contribute to overall fundraising strategy
Develop reports using Raiser’s Edge NXT fundraising software
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate fundraising, sales, or business development with demonstrated success meeting revenue goals
Commitment to NYCP’s mission and serving communities in need
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence and leadership maturity
Ability to build and maintain relationships with funders, staff, and external partners
Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Experience engaging individuals from diverse communities and backgrounds
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or other fundraising databases preferred
Experience using project management software preferred
Familiarity with NYC corporate funders preferred

Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
