Your job will be shared with the African American Development Officers Network (AADO), a national community of nearly 6,000 fundraising professionals of color.
Does AADO guarantee applicants from specific demographics?
No. While posting with AADO increases visibility among a diverse audience, we cannot guarantee applicants from any specific demographic. Factors such as role requirements, location, salary range, and candidate availability all influence applicant response.
How do candidates apply?
All applications are submitted directly to your organization using the application method you provide. AADO does not collect, track, or have access to applicant data.

How much does it cost to post a job?
The cost to post a job is $200 for a 30-day listing.
Are discounts available?
Yes. Discounted job posting packages are available for organizations posting multiple positions or seeking ongoing visibility. Please contact jobs@aadojobs.net to learn more.
How do I submit a job posting?
Complete the Job Posting Form [link here].
After submission, you will receive an invoice for $200.
Once payment is received, your job will be posted within 1–2 business days.
How long will my job be posted?
Each job listing remains live on the AADO website for 30 days.
How much visibility can I expect?
AADO job listings receive strong organic engagement. In addition to website traffic, postings are shared in AADO’s bi-weekly jobs newsletter, promoted on AADO social media channels, and frequently forwarded by members through their personal and professional networks—expanding overall visibility to an average of 8,000+ views.
